Meet our Team

Sophie Fabian is Assistant Principal for raising achievement at Charter and brings with her a wealth of knowledge on how to improve pupil outcomes. Sophie formerly held the role of Head of Maths at Charter and successfully built an outstanding team of Mathematicians and grew the department to extend their curriculum offer to include statistic's further Maths and most recently into A-level.

Before coming into education Sophie studied finance and began her career in accountancy. Her love for teaching and supporting young children to achieve the very best led her to change career and get into education.

Sophie has a passion for learning and supports all our pupils to gain the qualifications they need to take the next steps in their educational journey.
