Meet our Team

Dean has a vast amount of teaching experience in a range of different education settings. He was a Vice Principal within another Inspiration Trust school for a number of years before taking on this Headship. Dean's passion is for community engagement through enriching pupil experiences at school. Dean has led Great Yarmouth Charter School since April 2023 and is focusing on raising Charter's success to enable it to compete amongst some of the top schools in the country. 

Dean's vision for Great Yarmouth Charter Academy is to inspire pupils to excel in everything they do and have a passion for what they learn. Furthermore, he wants pupils to develop character and positive attitudes while believing in themselves.
